The Cafe PC's
Virtual Internet Cafe is an Internet based Internet Cafe. The principles are the same as a regular Internet Cafe with the difference that this Internet Cafe is based completely on the Internet, so instead of physically visiting an Internet Cafe you can now remote control our Cafe PC’s directly via the Internet. By using our Cafe PC’s you have the opportunity to be completely anonymous on the Internet since all your Internet activities will be done from our Cafe PC’s, through the remote control window, instead of your own PC, and a valid eMail address is all you need  to sign up for our services. By using our Cafe PC’s you will benefit from not exposing your own PC to Internet spywares and other malicious software. Also, no Temporary Internet Files or other Internet History will ever be saved on your PC from your activities on our Cafe PC’s.

In order to keep our Cafe PC’s clean and healthy, and for your own personal privacy, all off our Cafe PC’s are automatically completely cleaned and reinstalled to its original state immediately after you log off from the Cafe PC’s you are using. No information will ever be stored on the Cafe PC’s, instead we have provided you with your own private home folder (H:\) where you can store up to 100 MB of files completely at your discretion. You also have the option to buy additional storage space up to 1 GB per account for your files.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Virtual Internet Cafe use Microsoft Remote Desktop Client to access the PC’s. Microsoft Remote Desktop Client is free and installed default on most Windows XP systems, however if you do not have Microsoft Remote Desktop Client on your computer, it is available for free on Microsoft’s web site.
Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Client for Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000 and Windows 2003.

	The blue arrow illustrates the keystrokes and mouse movements that you send to remote control the Virtual Internet Cafe PC desktop.
	The red arrow illustrates how your web surfing, uploading and downloading to the Internet are only sent back and forth to the Virtual Internet Cafe PC, instead of your own PC.
	The green arrow illustrates that only the desktop screen from the Virtual Internet Cafe PC is sent back to your own PC, and not the Internet data you just requested.

System requirements
PC with Microsoft Remote Desktop Client installed.
Internet access to Virtual Internet Cafe on port 8000-8100.
A valid eMail address.

The Red and Green traffic light
To help you determine if you are able to connect to our services you have the red and green traffic light located in the
upper left corner on the main web page.

	The red light means that you are not able to communicate with Virtual Internet Cafe on port 8000, and most likely NOT able to use our services from the PC you are currently using.
	The green light means that you are able to communicate with Virtual Internet Cafe on port 8000, and most likely able to use our services from the PC you are currently using. PLEASE NOTE – This test is not 100% accurate, and should NOT be considered as a guideline.
